Nfig AI allows users to create, run, and manage browser automation workflows. It is provided for personal and professional use, subject to compliance with these Terms.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse Nfig AI, including but not limited to using it for unlawful purposes, to distribute malware, or to infringe on third-party rights.
• Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Nfig AI.

• Ownership: All content, features, and functionalities of Nfig AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, and logos, are the intellectual property of Chi AI or its licensors.
• License: Chi AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Nfig AI for personal and professional use. You may not modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Nfig AI at our sole discretion if we suspect a violation of these Terms or any misuse of our services. You may discontinue use of Nfig AI at any time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chi AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nfig AI. We provide the service "s is" without any warranties of any kind.

You agree to indemnify and hold Chi AI harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of Nfig AI or your violation of these Terms.

Chi AI may modify Nfig AI or these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of Nfig AI following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, state of The United States of America. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or Nfig AI will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia, state of The United States of America.
